有鱼圆面、肉脞面、小碗锅以及面线干。还记得在2003年的时候，他的鱼圆面档口（当时位于大

巴窑）被新传媒制作的美食节目“优选美食王”推荐，前来光顾的顾客络绎不绝，生意非常好，

他也因此打响了知名度。

一路来，Darius在熬煮汤头、调制酱料上从不马虎了事，一切亲力亲为，务必做到最好。汤头以

猪大骨、江鱼仔以及扁鱼粉末为主，保证清甜够味。鱼圆是自制的，由他的叔叔供应。一碗配料

丰富的鱼圆面，有爽口的鱼圆、鱼饼，扎实入味的面条以及润喉的汤头，您又怎能错过呢？

The stall owner of "Toa Payoh 135 Fishball Noodle", Darius has been operating his fishball noodle business for more than 22 years. His signature dishes include fishball noodle, minced meat noodle, mini pot and dry mee sua. In year 2003, his fishball noodle stall (last time located in Toa Payoh) was featured in Mediacorp TV food program, the "Yummy King". This helps to bring in lots of customers, business was very good and "Toa Payoh 135 Fishball Noodle" became well-known from there.

Ever since Darius started business, he put his heart into making the best food to serve his customers. The fishball stock uses pig's big bones, ikan bilis and flat fish powder to cook, resulting in sweet and fragrant taste. Fishball is homemade and supplied by his uncle. A bowl of fishball noodle that comes with tasty fishballs and fish cakes, delicious noodles and yummy soup, how can you miss it?

Our Services

1) We provide delivery service - minimum 10 packages (only in Tampines area).

2) We provide catering service - 1 day in advance, a deposit is a must.
