Their soup base is really nice which is a really good choice for me because I don't really like oily food. Definitely a good place to reco.

18/04/2006	Mdm Ng Housewife YYYYY	My suggestion to those who is planning to try the porridge soup not to take the "YuanYang with chicken soup or tom yam but solely the porridge soup in the claypot. Because the restaurant suggest their customer to use slow and small fire when taking the porridge which most of the customer just ignore it when taking YuanYang soup. I found that when u cook the porridge soup slowly actually the taste will become very good and so smooth.

Anyway, their porridge soup is really wonderful. And of course their price for the buffet really worthy. The place is nice, service is good. The choices of food also very much. Its much much much cheaper than the XXX Garden... and much healthier.

I remember on that day, my wife accidentally got a burn on the hot soup, the staffs are so helpful that even rush down to the pharmacy to get the burn cream for us. Only I can say, THANK YOU. I will definitely return.

Steamboat - I used to have steamboat in many restaurants before and soup is the media to cook the raw food. It is the first time I have porridge instead of soup. The food cooked by porridge is really delicious. $18 for 3 people is really worth it. 2. Fish & Chip Set - Super value meal with ice lemon tea. Just $5.50, save your money to go for Mcdonald. 3. Lastly, this restaurant provides great variety for all the food lovers like steamboat, western food, noodle set meal, famous dishes and beverages. Hauzhoudao Food Shop is a ONE STOP SHOP! MUST COME!!!
