This is one of the few fish soup left in Singapore where you can say the taste is 'old time'. The soup base is perfectly brewed to almost perfection with fragrance. The fish is fresh & tender. The way to really appreciate Hong Qin fish soup is take a few sips of the clear fish soup before tucking into the fish slice or the rice or the braised duck / pig trotter / big intestines. Once you try this fish soup, you are likely to say others have no standard. The braised duck wings, pig trotter & intestines also smell appetising. |
