I have been a follower of Kay Lee for almost 30 years, starting a teenager in its Kong Siak St... all the way to its current Paya Lebar... a pity with all the road works in the area that had made the stall almost a chore to visit either finding it or parking... but foodies don't miss out this one of the most original taste of Canton roast... plus that local flavorful adaptation that Hong Kong roasts do not provide... delectably Kay Lee and juicy... . |

After browsing through www.SBestFood.com, I got there today with my cousin and indulged in a great plate of roasted duck and meat. The roasted duck's skin was crispy, with tenderness felt in the meat. The feeling of biting into a piece of crispy and great smelling roasted duck really makes my day. The char siew is a must try... . Great taste and not hard to bite into. The char siew is tge best that I've ever tried. Also, the homemade lemon barley is a good 'go-with' along with the roasted meat. Thumbs up to Kay Lee Roast Meat Joint. 3 Cheers!!! |

A must try!!! Especially their char siew which is really succulent, with the right amount of sweetness. The roast pork is also extremely crispy. And their duck is different from those that I have tasted before, probably due to their secret recipe... . |
