They offer 3 types of fried kway teow, the local, nonya and Penang style. Local style is darker in colour and taste sweeter, this is the one we used to eat in most of the hawker stalls. Penang style is lighter in colour compared to the local and taste salty. Both are very nice, delicious and yummy. This stall is very famous in East Coast Road and a lot of Mediacorp artistes like to patronize them. Give it a try and you will definitely like it. Btw, did anyone tried to nonya style?
