The best noodle in the world. Excellent and tangy taste of vinegar. Pig liver excellently done and noodle springly. |

I am a Bah Chor Mee lover, so far I personally feel this stall, and the one at Balestier Road are the best in Singapore. Both have their unique flavors, just that the Balestier one uses fresh prawns and the Crawford one uses liver and kidney (not sure still have or not). I used to queue for 1 hour at Marina Square many yrs back and I almost inspired to be a hawker like them. I calculated the no. of bowls they can sell, and the queue just won't stop. Even its out in a non-air conditioned place, the crowd just never stop. It proved one thing, Singaporeans won't mind the hassle and $$$, and are willing to pay and wait for quality food. |

This is the best minced pork noodles I have tasted in S'pore. Fresh ingredients, even the pork used are the more expensive kidney pork. I love the generous servings of vinegar which blend well with the ingredients and noodles. Noodles cooked to perfection, not too soft or hard. Even my overseas guest wants to go back to this stall after their next visit to Singapore. |

Good variety of ingredients. Freshness of ingredients is very important. Worth to be recommended to set up branch in London's Chinatown since it's the very first pork noodle in Singapore's history. |

I have been a customer since hill street days. I am very happy that over the years the quality of Tai Hwa's product has been maintained. Good job. |
