About Ah Kow Mushroom Minced Pork Mee
"Ah Kow Mushroom Minced Pork Mee" was founded by father in 1945. At that time, it was located at old "Thong Chai Hospital" hawker centre. We took over the business later on and manage to bring it to another peak when operating at Chinatown Hong Lim Complex Market & Food Centre. Currently I have moved out and wanted to share my authentic mushroom minced meat noodle with more friends.
Our unique selling point is "tradition" compared to others. The ingredients used are mushrooms, minced meat, crispy dried fish, vegetables, dumplings. Although the production of crispy dried fish involve more effort and time, we still insist in using it in order to provide the best to our valued customers. Fragrance soup, yummy mushroom minced meat noodle and unique dumplings is our specialties, how can you miss it?
