业至今超过四年。在本地售卖云吞面的档口比比皆是，若要 在市场上占一席之地的话，就必须有独特的卖点，姑侄俩绞 尽脑汁，推出了炸鱼饺和炸虾饺面，反应 非常热烈，“炸饺 子”也因此成为这里的招牌菜。 “炸饺子”之所以广受顾客们的欢迎是因为它的馅料很新 鲜，炸鱼饺的馅有鱼肉、鸡肉、马蹄和红萝卜，而炸虾饺则 以虾肉取代鱼肉。在制作这些馅料时，姑侄俩讲究的是原汁 原味，因此不添加酱料和味精，同时炸饺子所用的油也每天 更换，吃起来也比较健康。 “炸饺子”的外皮很酥脆，咬下去时内馅热烘烘的带点汁，里面的馅比其它一般来得多而且大 块，吃起来很有满足感，尤其是马蹄，咬劲、口感一级棒，味道也适中，不会油腻，一定要试！ 除了炸鱼饺和炸虾饺外，其它受欢迎的还有炸云吞、锅贴和饺子。 |
