Ms Jenny Ong

With vast experience in managing food business contributes a lot to new age recipes. Jenny has graciously accepted our request to teach and impart some NEW & INTERESTING RECIPES to our students. Her sharing of food knowledge will always inspire and challenge students to cook a sumptuous and delicious food.

 

Ms Catherine Tiso

Our new teacher who specializes in Nonya's cooking. Her authentic Peranakan recipes from Singapore and Malaysia are very new and interesting taste and style. Please do not miss her delicious cooking!!

 

Chef Chew Zi Xiang

Mr Chew has more than ten years experience of Chinese Cuisine. He has been working in China, Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore some famous restaurants and Hotel's Chinese cuisine department. He has participated many cuisine competitions and honorably gained many awards at the same time.

 

Chef Angela Peh

Has 25 years of experience in Japanese and Taiwan food chain business and culinary skills.

 

Chef 玉风姐
