A Note From Owner 老板的心声: |

I had previously worked as a cook for up to a year each in the Grand Hyatt hotel and Indochine restaurants here. But the place where I learnt to nail the steak was the Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (Shatec).
I nearly chose to specialize in Japanese food when I opened the outlet in November 2004. But I'm more confident about Western food. And Western food attracts more customers, especially kids. With Western cuisine, I could also introduce a never-ending line-up of new dishes. My latest is chicken roulade ($6.50), which has chicken fillets rolled around bacon, inoki mushrooms and cabbage, and held together by toothpicks.
