Choo Chiang roasted deluxe was ventured by Mr Tony Hong Hui Min since 1987. At that time, I was only 20 years old and I am already a very experienced and skilled chef in Roasting. The name Choo Chiang came in because my father wanted me to carry on the traditional branding of his business. My father not only gave me his branding but also passed down his secret recipe to me too.
Over these years, I had been improving on his recipe and expanding the number of outlets. Till now I had a centralized kitchen that does supplies to all of my outlets. I had also diversified my business not only on roasted deluxe but also on buffet catering, Chinese cuisine and even takeaway delivery services for all.
