"Chuan Jiang Hao Zi Steamboat Restaurant" is very famous in the spicy steamboat. The fragrance of the steamboat always attracted lots of customers. How To Have A Healthy Steamboat Meal - Start by adding meat into the boiling soup base first. - Next, add fresh seafood and vegetables into the pot. - Raw food that contains blood or flour are likely to cloud the soup base, making it unaesthetic. - It is best to add in raw food last. - Important: do not add in excessively amounts of raw food. - A fair amount of discretion is required to differentiate partly cooked from full cooked food. - For best results, maintain a flame of medium intensity, making fine adjustments along the way. - Consume food instantly when thoroughly cooked to extract maximum flavor. - Using a pair of chopsticks, gently swirl the thin meat slices through the boiling soup base. - Do this for approximately ten seconds to preserve the crispness of the meat. - Meat is susceptible to shrinkage and shriveling if overcooked. - If food tastes chewy, it may be overcooked. - Thoroughly cook raw food before consumption. - Cook thick, chunky raw food till it looks visibly soft and flaccid. - Cook soft food such as tofu by using the perforated metal ladle provided. - Using the ladle can help retain the food and minimize chances of mixing it with other food. - A soup base that is non-spicy will taste fresh and tangy. - This type of soup is best suited for cooking seafood and veggies. - A fiery red spicy soup base will have a strong-flavored taste. - Profuse perspiring indicates the highest level of food enjoyment. - As the soup boils, its flavoring will be the strongest near the pot's edge. - Conversely, the flavoring will be light at the pot's centre where the soup is bubbling. - Steamboat meals are excellent for alleviating rheumatic and flu-like symptoms. - Never eat alone; share your gastronomical joy with your friends and family. |
