"天天来炒福建虾面"创立於1968年,至今已经有超过35年的历史,前来光顾的顾客从较早前祖父 年代到今天也有三代了。我们的福建虾面采用了传统的材料,有鲜虾、苏东和猪肉等。为了满足 顾客对食物品质的要求,我们的上汤下足了准备功天,力求做到最完美,熬煮上汤的材料有猪 骨、猪脚、虾壳、蒜头等。除了材料的讲究外,福建虾面要炒得好吃,火候方面一定要拿捏得准 确,还得用"心"去炒,这样炒出来的面条才会入味,口感也更好。 |
