A Note From Owner 老板的心声:

We have been in business for many years, as long as Tai Hwa Pork Noodle who is now located at Crawford Lane.

My father mastered the trade from a master from Da Lian, a province of China. Our traditional way of cooking is what our parents or grandparents used to eat in the old days. These days, many sellers cook noodle like Fast Food. Those who appreciate traditional style Teochew noodle will know where to find one.

Our eatery has a big sitting capacity for families. Like Tai Hwa, we have our own premises so our children's children will still be eating at the same place without failed.
