Terms & Conditions

1) Food best consumed within 3 hours.

2) Delivery charges $50 per trip for all districts. If order is more than $500, transport charge will be waived.

3) Full set of disposable ware serviette, chilli & ketcup sauce, complete table layout with skirting.

4) A deposit is a must (Cheque made payable to: Sedap Rasa Indon & Thai Seafood Restaurant.

5) A cancellation fee of 50% from the total order amount will be charged for any cancellation made less than

5 working days from date of function.

6) We will contact the customer within 1 week to confirm the order.

7) Orders must be made at least 7 working days in advance prior to function date.

8) An administration charge of $25 - $50 will be levied on any changes made to menu or headcount 1 (one)

day before the function.

9) A charge of $50 for 4 hours is required for each waiter or waitress.

10) Prearrange for a container of ice (10 gallon) for $15 per container.
