源记香港烧腊开业至今已经有22年的历史，它之所以广受街坊顾客的欢迎是因为老板以祖传古式火炭烧法来烘 烤烧腊，现烧现卖。这里最著名的便是烧鸭，它是以十多种食材来腌制，整个过程包括烘干、入炉都不能马 虎，这样烤出来的鸭才会色泽红润且不油腻，外皮酥脆，鸭肉则嫩滑无比，吃起来香味扑鼻，叫人难以抗拒! 其它拿手烧腊还有松软可口的蜜汁叉烧、皮脆肉嫩的烧肉等。值得一提是老板的独门酱汁，淋在饭上口味甚是 香浓。酱汁是由黑酱油、八角、五香粉、大蒜加上多种香料烹调而成的。
Guan Chee Hong Kong Roast Duck has been established for more than 22 years. Owner uses special ingredients to marinate the meat and traditional charcoal way in grilling them. The skin of the famous roast duck is crispy while the meat is tender and juicy. Other favorites include char siew, roast pork and etc. The fragrance of the roast meat comes from the owner's special sauces. So when you are in Hougang area, don't forget to come here and give it a try, highly recommended!!! |
