About Hai Sheng Carrot Cake

"Hai Sheng Carrot Cake" is one of "Lim Hai Sheng Cooked Food" branch, operated by Eric Sim. I was trained by my teacher, Ah Hwa in frying carrot cake and also practice my skill in his stall in order to gain experience. After a period of continuous efforts, I finally mastered the frying skills and its time for me to venture out on my own. I have been selling carrot cake here for some times and customers can accept my style of frying carrot cake. They do give me good comments. I have introduced the black carrot cake here so that customers have an alternative choice. The feedbacks were good too. Hi all carrot cake lovers, do drop by one of theses days and try mine, will appreciate that very much, thank you!

This stall offers cheap and good quality food. The carrot cake is very soft compared to others… not oily… not too sweet… worth giving a try. Y-U-M-M-Y

I love carrot cake and have tried it at various stalls but the serving here is very good, the interior is soft and the exterior is crispy. Most importantly of all it is not oily.
