"Haji Kadir Food Chains" was very famous in Golden Mile Food Centre for its succulent taste of the secialized soup tulang. The attractive fiery-red colour makes you wanted more and customers enjoy sucking the bone marrow so much. Most of the food magazines even elected it as the Best Soup Tulang in Singapore.

Stall owner Mr. Iqbal said that soup tulang was originated by his father Abdul Kadir in the 50's. Until today, he still follows closely to his father’s recipe. Customers love their soup tulang because the exterior meat and tendon are soft and aromatic while the interior bone marrow is tender and smooth. Eating soup tulang actually require some skills, otherwise it will dirty your clothes and putting yourself like a clown. But this is the best integration into the local food culture as it was the best self experience.

Soup tulang was so popular because people think it helps in nourishing both male and female reproductive system. Apart from the soup tulang, other famous dishes are mutton chop and mutton bistik, both taste absolutely good, you really got to try All!

是鲜美多汁，很受顾客们的喜爱，大部份的美食杂志更推举它为全岛最佳羊髓汤。

据老板 Iqbal 说，羊髓汤是他父亲 Abdul Kadir 于50年代时独创的。好吃的羊髓汤讲究的是羊骨头上的碎肉和

软筋一定要炖到柔软芳香而骨头里的骨髓则要嫩滑。吃羊髓汤其实需要一些技巧，否则在吮吸时不但会把衣服

弄脏，也会让自己出丑，但这就是融入本地饮食文化最好的亲身体验。

羊髓汤之所以深受欢迎是因为人们认为它有滋阴壮阳的作用。除了羊髓汤外，这里的其它著名美食还有羊扒和
