Process In Making Big Pau 制作大肉包的过程

1. Tear the lumpish flour into the desired shape.  首先把面粉团撕成同样大小的形状。

2. Rub it to rounded shape and apply pork ingredients.  然后将它搓成圆形,加入猪肉馅料。

3. Knead the surrounded area to form the big pau shape.  最后得拿捏四周,定型成大肉包。
