"Happy Chef Western Food" was founded by the Teo couple. In early days, we opened Western food restaurant in Sydney. With our exquisite cuisine, our restaurant was voted by the Sydney Morning Herald as one of "Sydney's top 10 Western food restaurant". After that, we decided to retire back in Singapore. However, we love Western food so much and eventually started the Western food business again and share our Aussie & English-style steaks and chips.
Our Western food is very unique, it comes with over 30 varieties for customers to choose, like being in a restaurant. Mdm Peck was formerly head chef of the former Pennsylvania Country Oven Restaurant. Each dish promises fresh, tender, juicy and aromatic flavour. The well-known signature dishes are fish shnitzel, pork ribs, farmer's chicken dinner, chicken kiev... . "Happy Chef Western Food" has been featured in local newspapers, magazines and television shows, including the Makan King, LianHe WanBao, The Sunday Times, U Weekly, 8 Days and so on.

| 2 Jun 2010 | Nicole Sim / Professional | Woodlands Branch – Hey, the food is damn good and I also know that they have open another stall at Woodlands, I think is call Woodlands Plaza along Woodlands Ave 1 (yellow building…). This is not the normal hawker stall food… . |
| 25 Mar 2010 | Heidi Tham / Professional | You just have to try it, this is not the normal western food stall. It’s really good… and value for money and they have so many varieties for you to choose… the other good thing is they use fresh greens instead of beans. |
| 11 May 2004 | Mr Tan Jin Choon / QHS Executive | Food is great, portion is large and lastly price is fair. |
