1981 - Jul 1983: Worked in Laguna Park Seafood.

Aug 1983 - 1986: Chef assistant in Oriental Restaurant.

Jan 1987 - 1989: Promoted to main chef and worked in Yunan Group of Restaurant.

Feb 1990 - 1996: Main chef in Duke Hotel and Katong Park Hotel.

Mar 1997 - Jan 1998: Main chef in Pine Tree Town & Country Club.

Feb 1998 - Oct 1999: Main chef in Chin Wah Heng Seafood.

Nov 1999 - Jun 2000: Main chef in Loyang Point Restaurant. Gain experience in halal foods.

Jul 2000 - Mar 2007: Setting own business in Seletar Country Club.

Apr 2007 - Now: Main partner and chef in Ponggol Live Seafood.
