Mar 1997 - Jan 1998: Main chef in Pine Tree Town & Country Club. Feb 1998 - Oct 1999: Main chef in Chin Wah Heng Seafood. Nov 1999 - Jun 2000: Main chef in Loyang Point Restaurant. Gain experience in halal foods. Jul 2000 - Mar 2007: Setting own business in Seletar Country Club.
