好。入厨二十多年的经验,1989-1993年曾任东海海鲜酒家总厨、海都海鲜酒家总 厨。1993-2002年,集合本地的饮食文化与港式酒家制作,推陈出新,并在2002年 首次参加新加坡酒楼公会主办的"金鼎奖",就凭一道味道鲜美而高贵的菜式<<卧虎 藏龙>>夺得中菜餐馆名厨名菜"金奖"。
菜式方面以香港式,粤菜为主。招牌菜有<<迷你盆菜>>、<<脆口春卷皇>>、<<萝卜 牛根腩>>、<<羊腩煲>>、<<红焖法国鹅掌>>、<<虾球糯米饭>>、<<姜茸蒸巴丁鱼 >>、<<鲨鱼骨花胶干贝鸡汤>>及新推出的<<红焖鰐鱼掌>>。传统菜式如: 扣肉,排 骨皇,例汤都有供应,一般上本店大部份的海鲜是野生的,所以肉质比养殖的更鲜 美,欢迎提前预定。
两头鲍鱼套餐每位$58+(超值),北京鸭套餐由$238+起。
