About Shen Li Restaurant
"Sheng Li Restaurant" - Famous in Hawker Restaurant food style.
I enter into the food business line when I was 14 years old. Until today, I have more than 30 years of experience. When I was 36 years old, I took part in the Second World Championship of Chinese Cuisine in Shanghai and won a bronze medal. 4 years later I participated in the Third World Championship of Chinese Cuisine held in Japan and this time, my "Coffee Pork" won the silver medal. In 2002 World Championship of Chinese Cuisine, my "Spicy Chicken" again won the silver medal.
I am very grateful to all friends for your support, I will continue to improve through research and to cook more "Singapore-style dishes" that suit the local tastes.

These are all the awarded signature dishes from Chef Chew who has been awarded several medals during the oversea cooking tournaments. Food here taste great, fresh & yummy and the presentation of dishes is perfect and unique. It simply wakes up your stomach. I would urge all to try, otherwise you will regret!!! |
