在如切经营生意，拥有超过十二的经验，她的其它那手佳肴还有砂煲牛腩、牛百叶

和牛肚。不久前 Ms Tan 搬迁到凤山中心，准备在勿洛大展拳脚。

“大埔牛肉之家”的牛肉丸是以新鲜的牛肉制作，肉质密实很有弹性，口感一流，

若沾上特制的辣椒酱，更是绝配，一定要尝！牛什粿条干在这里也甚受欢迎，牛什

鲜嫩，不可不试！

"The Beef House" is very well known locally, it specialized in selling beef ball and tendon ball. Ms Tan used to operate her business in Joo Chiat and she got more than 12 years of experience in cooking beef noodle. Her other famous dishes are Claypot Brisket, Omason and Stomach. Recently she has relocated to Fengshan Centre.

The beef ball of "The Beef House" is juicy, elastic, tasty and better texture than many other beef stalls. It tastes even better together with their concentrated chili, die die must try! Mixed Beef Kway Teow Dry is popular here as customers like the fresh, well-cooked mixed beef that are ingeniously prepared by Ms Tan.
