* Oct 1995 to Dec 1998 - Worked in Raffles Hotel Singapore. Awarded the certificate of

                                              merit in recognition of having been nominated for the Raffles

                                              Award for Outstanding Performance (Individual) in May 1998.

                                              Achieved the Excellent Service Award (Gold) for outstanding

                                              contribution and commitment to excellent service in Dec 1998.

* Jan 1999 to Nov 2001 - Not in F&B.

* Dec 2001 to Dec 2002 - Worked in Restaurant Aranda, Aranda Country Club as head
