About Watten Home-Made Curry Puffs
"Watten Home-Made Curry Puffs" has been in business for more than 20 years, it was situated in Bukit Timah in early days. In order to differentiate from traditional curry puff, we made our curry puff in triangular shape. Although doing so takes more time and effort, the effect is very welcomed by customers and eventually this helps to establish our reputation.
In addition to the unique shape of the curry puff, we also emphasize on the degree of skin crisp as well as the fillings. When making the curry puff skin, the ratio of butter and flour must be accurate. Dough must constantly roll and press with patience and skill in order to produce thin and crispy skin. The fillings of the curry puff includes special marinated chicken thigh meat, potatoes and eggs. Stir fry with curry sauce, the taste is moderate, not too spicy, even the kids like to eat.
The different between "Watten Home-Made Curry Puffs" and others is every curry puff fillings is full, so customers can eat happily and spend willingly. Other good puffs are sardine puff, otah puff.
